Chemical Brothers - Singles 93-03
Written by Nicholas Jennings    PDF Print E-mail

Chemical Brothers - Singles 93-03With jackhammer beats, dizzying breakdowns and wild effects, the Manchester electronica duo succeeded in crossing over into rock’s mainstream. Their “Block Rockin’ Beats” remains a ubiquitous track. But the Brothers (Tom Rowlands and Ed Simons) were also clever enough to team up with Oasis’ Noel Gallagher on numbers like “Setting Sun” and “Let Forever Be.” All are included here, along with new collaborations with the Flaming Lips (“The Golden Path”) and Toronto rapper K-OS (“Get Yourself High”).
